This is a 1945 first edition hardcopy . The dust jacket is in very poor condition with tape on the sides of front & back cover and spine. and small tears along the bottom of the D/J.The actual book has a hard green cover under the dust jacket that is in good condition. There are no tears or marks however the pages are discoloured due to age-WILL COMBINE BOOKS TO SAVE POSTAGE
